2 months agoIt's Gabe; I blew the battery on a Wireless Bluetooth Headset, probably woofers... The speaker cable no bueno... How much to adapt new speakers to the board...it looks like you can put another Battery...

3 years agoThey fixed my Macbook M1 that had a broken screen in about 2 days. It ran me about $500 (lesson to get Apple care from now on ). The two guys were very pleasant. I will call them 1st for my future repair needs (hopefully not TOO soon).

3 years agoThese guys are absolutely outstanding in every way. I had some computer work I needed done but just didn't have the time to do it myself. I dropped it off and picked up the same day all for a very good price. They were super honest and I will be coming back here every time I need to!

4 years agoHad to get a new battery for my labtop. Was able to pay for just the battery and wait for it to arrive to bring my labtop in. Only took 1-2 hours for it to be done. Not only was the battery changed but it was fully wiped down and cleaned. 5/5 I very much highly recommend coming back. The moment I need something fixed I will for sure bring it back here. Great customer service.

8 years agoOutstanding local repair shop. My laptop screen was broken so I brought it to Best Buy and they quoted me $600 to fix it. Protek fixed it for $250 and it's as good as new. If I ever have any other repair needs I'll definitely come back.

8 years agoGood service but seems to becoming expensive. We used their services over past 3-4 yrs for multiple items to address laptop issues. Used to be under $50. But for recent one, were told min charges are $75. Guess, it is better to buy a new laptop instead of repair.

10 years agoMy wife's computer crashed and I took it to another place first, and after a week of excuses I picked it up and took it to Pro Tek and Ricardo put in a new hard drive (which works significantly faster), saved all the data, upgraded the operating system and all within 36 hours for a very reasonable price. Now I'm going to take my own computer to them for my own upgrade. They are great!

10 years agoI am a teacher who uses a personal laptop strictly for school use. It took a tumble and the screen cracked. Protek repaired it at a reasonable price (below that of large office stores) and faster than they predicted: I got a call on New Year's Day that it was ready! I definitely recommend them.
